Report a translation problem
If you want more help identifying the source of the problem, follow these steps:
1. Disable all other addons (you said you've tried this already, but please make sure you've really disabled everything, no matter how small or inconsequential it seems)
2. Restart the game
3. Run the map again in singleplayer mode
4. Open the console with Shift+Esc and enter the following command to display a performance graph: +showbudget
5. Close the console, take a screenshot of the graph and post it in the map's discussion forum
@Regnars882648: The roads are essentially a giant model-based decal/overlay. I created it by importing the terrain displacements into 3ds Max and creating a cut-out of the geometry with the appropriate shapes and texturing.
