Папки materials и models кинуть в папку мода/игры.
например
для Half-life 2 надо кинуть сюда-> ...\Steam\steamapps\common\half-life 2\hl2
для модов сюда-> ...\Steam\steamapps\sourcemods"папка с модом"

в Хаммере надо поставить модель через "prop_static".
