Из раздела РАЗНОЕ есть модели, которые заменяют стандартные модели, их нужно поместить в папку ./valve{или друго мод}/models/, а есть модели, которые используются для создания новых карт, их помещают туда же (можно в свои подпапки), а дальше, уже при создании карты ссылаются на них.
