1: Copy update folder colorado into: \Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks

2:Use OpenIV and extract dlclist to your desktop from: \Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml

Copy dlcpacks:\colorado\

Save and replace

3: GTAV>update>update.rpf>common>data.

-Extract extratitleupdatedata.meta and Open with Notepad. and Paste this new line.

Copy

dlc_colorado:/update:/dlc_patch/colorado/

Save and replace.
