STEP1: mk2 folder go to Mods/update/x64/dlcpacks

STEP2: Use Open IV go to update/update.rpf/common/data/ then replace dlclist.xml

 The mk2 dlc file listed above has the cars pre installed but this tumbler file is NEW and not included in above download
