Here is the order of appearance:
Original costume: Midnight Wesker
Swap costume: S.T.A.R.S. Wesker
Alternate costume: Resident Evil 4 Wesker (with appearance from RE5)

You can use mods at the same time as long as as you don't tag or fight with those fighter:
Original costume avoid fighting alternate costume Jin
Swap costume: avoid fighting original Kazuya, devil Kazuya, Commando Kazuya and retro Kazuya (and swimsuit Kazuya too)
Alternate costume: avoid fighting Swap Jin, Devil Jin, Blood Vengeance and unuse concept art Jin
