С какими параметрами компилируете?Через что компилируете VHE или .bat?Игра во время компиляции выключена?

По логу видно, что все скомпилировалась нормально

Попробуйте создать "текстовый документ.txt" в нем написать "hl.exe -game poehal_hd -console +map lec" потом изменить расширения на .bat и запустить.

И еще попробуйте убрать галочку с "Copy Fire $path\$file…" в VHE.

Если не поможет

поместите компиляторы и игру на один диск и уберите кириллицу из пути "d:\ïðîãè\counter-strike\poehal_hd\maps\lec".

Неправильно указан путь до untitled5.WAD убери или исправь в VHE и убери параметр -extra у компилятора hlbsp.EXE
