STEP2: Use Open IV go to update/update.rpf/common/data/ then replace dlclist.xml

The mk2 dlc file listed above has the cars pre installed but this tumbler file is NEW and not included in above download

REPLACE HANDLING>META and REPLACE CARCOLS>META and REPLACE CARVARRIATION>META in Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mk2\dlc.rpf\common\data

ADD ALL 3 TUMBLER FILES INTO 'Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mk2\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\mk2vehicles.rpf\ '
