Модификация очень короткая и запланирована, как эпизодическая. Перед вами – первая часть с двумя концовками. Сюжет начинается, когда вы приходите в сознание в квартире многоэтажного здания. Ничего не помните, даже своего имени. У вас глубокие порезы по всему телу, сильное кровотечение. На полу и стенах много крови, явно не только вашей. Нужно найти, чем зашить раны, а потом попытаться понять, что за кошмар происходит вокруг…
